The author of this website, Michael Pidwirny, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Earth and Environmental Sciences at the University of British Columbia, Okanagan Campus, located in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. He teaches courses dealing with Environmental Science, Physical Geography, Weather and Climate, Anthropogenic Climate Change, and the use of statistics in Earth Science and Geography.
